Dr. Baldinger sees patients during regular office hours by appointment only. We try to schedule so you’ll have minimum waiting time. You can make appointments with our online scheduler
http://dr.baldinger.com/booking or by phoning our office at 845-425-8686.
Dr. Baldinger does see emergencies after hours. Call our office at 845-425-8686 and leave a message telling us you are having an emergency. If you do not receive a phone call back within 15 minutes, go your local emergency room for treatment.
HOW TO PREPARE FOR YOUR VISIT:
During the first visit, we make sure to obtain important background information, and give you time to get to know Dr. Baldinger and to be able to share your complete history.
We will ask you to complete 2 forms on your first visit: Welcome and Medical History. Download them here: Baldinger Welcome form 7.17 and Baldinger Medical Form 7.17 and complete them at home and bring with you to your visit.
On your first visit bring:
- Results from any previous testing, such as recent bloodwork, X-rays, MRI and CT scans. Bring the CD and the report.
- If you have a gait, or walking issue bring along a worn pair of shoes and any orthotics you may have.
- List of medications you are currently taking.
THE GOAL FOR YOUR FIRST VISIT:
We are committed to ensuring your feet are in tip-top condition and can support your entire body and get you to where you’re going your entire life. Each of our podiatry services is designed to get to the root of your foot problem so we can treat the underlying cause rather than just addressing symptoms.
Dr. Baldinger will review your complete medical history, evaluate your podiatric health and explore your lifestyle and mobility. Of course your feet, ankles and legs will be thoroughly examined.
Once he has a better picture of your situation, Dr. Baldinger will explain his diagnosis to you and then review your treatment options and then lay out a comprehensive treatment plan. If it is appropriate, treatment can begin at this first appointment.
Dr. Baldinger’s office does not accept insurance for payment. Patients are responsible for payment in full at the time of service. We do keep our fees as affordable as possible. As a courtesy, we will assist you in submitting claims to your insurance company and you may qualify for reimbursement
If you have any questions about our services, billing, appointments in either our Suffern or Williamsburg office, please call our main office line at 845-425-8686.
